Governance first, then scale
Large enterprises do not buy an asset register for its screens. They buy it for how it is deployed, who can change what, how data comes in and how every figure can be traced. FixedAsset Pro is built around those questions, and we will tell you plainly where a requirement needs a project rather than a setting.
- Many legal entities, regions and cost centres
- Tens of thousands of assets with several depreciation books
- Enterprise identity, an ERP, and IT and security reviews before any purchase
- Internal audit, statutory audit and sometimes regulators reading the same records

Frequently asked questions
Does it support single sign-on?
OpenID Connect single sign-on and LDAP / Active Directory sign-in are implemented, with multi-factor authentication. Your identity provider's specifics are confirmed during the technical review.
Do you hold security certifications?
We do not claim certifications. The security page lists the controls that are implemented, and we answer security questionnaires with what exists today.
Can we connect our ERP directly?
File-mode exchange exists for larger ERPs and journals can be exported or sent to an ERP target; the API and webhooks support custom integration. Direct connectors are on the roadmap and are not promised by date.
How is a migration of a large register run?
Register and opening balances are imported per company in dry runs until the error reports are clean, then committed all-or-nothing and tied to the audited totals. We plan the cut-over with you during onboarding.
Who sees what?
Roles and permissions are scoped by company and branch, auditors can have read-only roles, and access reviews and user-access reports show who can do what at any time.
